On Friday, February 18, 2011, at 2:20am, the victim, 22y/o W/M, and a friend observed an unknown white male acting aggressively toward two unknown females. The victim tried to intercede in the argument, but the suspect picked up a piece of broken flower pot and struck the victim. Responding officers apprehended the suspect, Derrick Prejeant, W/M, 3-28-74.
