New Drug Arrest in New Orleans

The First District Narcotics Unit executed a search warrant at 2031 Saint Philip Street, Apt. 3. Gary Peters, B/M, 3/1/1952, and Carol Rarlieff, B/F, 7/5/1959, were arrested and charged as follows:

1. Possession with the Intent to Distribute crack cocaine, 187 rocks, two ounces
2. Possession with the Intent to Distribute  159 hydrococone
3. Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Legend Drug without a prescription, 118 Soma
4. Prohibitive Acts Tampering with Prescription Bottles
5. Possession of Paraphernalia
6. Relative to Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance  within 1000 feet of a school.
7.  $1,599.00 was seized and turned over to asset forfeiture.

 Gary Peters was additionally charged with Obstruction of Justice by Tampering with Evidence.
